Beneficiary Selection

At MRM-EIB we believe people are the key to change in their own communities, that is why the MTTI education programme depends on community participation in the selection of candidates for the MTTI program.

The education program focuses on the needy youth who can not afford to continue with their education. Most of the students come from poor families who cannot afford basic amenities. To ensure that the most needy are chosen MRM-EIB has involved the local chiefs, village elders, religious leaders and teachers to be involved in the selection process.

Priority is given to orphans, girls and youths from remote and isolated villages who have no background in engaging in skilled labour.

MTTI ensures that all the students are gainfully employed upon completion of their course.
